Know what happens after the click.

Listing Pulse brings your yacht websites, traffic sources, enquiries, listing updates and owner reporting into one workspace. It comes with your managed YachtAddress website.

01 / Traffic & sources

Understand the response
to each listing.

A campaign sent on Friday, a QR code at the show and a portal referral should be distinguishable when their links and referral information support it.

Listing Pulse organises visits, sources and recorded actions by yacht. Compare the portfolio, then open one listing to see the detail. Direct and unknown visits remain labelled as such.

A visit signal is evidence of activity, not proof that a visitor is a qualified buyer.

02 / Enquiries

Give the broker
the context.

Keep the contact, yacht, source, received date, assigned broker and status together. Add notes and follow the enquiry through the team’s sales process.

Lead notifications and CRM handoff are configured during onboarding, with the responsible recipients and connected system checked before use.

03 / Website updates

Keep the listing current
without writing code.

Authorised brokers can update the asking price, location and news for their connected yachts. Those changes can be published directly, without waiting for a separate YachtAddress approval.

YachtAddress manages the underlying website, design, media and wider listing work. Brochures can be created from the listing information. YachtAddress adds and connects the yachts; broker access remains tied to assigned listings.

04 / Owner reporting

A useful answer to
“How is my yacht doing?”

Bring listing activity, traffic sources, enquiries and recorded sales work into an owner report. Add viewings and offline conversations when the team records them.

Owners receive a view of their yacht. Personal buyer details and internal broker notes stay outside the owner report. Recipients, schedules and access are agreed during setup.

06 / Integrations & setup

Set it up around
the brokerage.

Connect Listing Pulse and your yacht websites with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Your team keeps working in the CRM it already knows.

Domains and websites

Agree the yacht domains or brokerage subdomains, connect the websites and confirm which content the team can update.

Sources and measurement

Set up tracking, campaign links, QR destinations and consent choices. Attribution uses the source information available; missing referrers and untagged links can remain direct or unknown.

CRM and lead routing

Connect HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive with the responsible brokers and enquiry fields mapped to your workflow. Account authorisation, field mapping and a test enquiry are completed during onboarding.

People and reports

Agree user roles, yacht assignments, owner access, recipients and report timing. Test the connected workflow before handing it to the team.

Integration is part of the onboarding conversation.

Your CRM remains the place for the ongoing buyer relationship. The connection, consent requirements and reporting schedule are agreed for your actual accounts and workflow.

Is Listing Pulse a separate company?

No. YachtAddress is the company’s trading brand and your service provider. Listing Pulse is the product developed by YachtAddress and included with the managed yacht website service.

Do we pay a separate platform subscription?

Listing Pulse access is included in the published YachtAddress packages. The fees cover the website and ongoing listing management, with the agreed setup and scope.

Can it work with one yacht?

Yes. One yacht has its own website and broker workspace. Multiple yachts can share a brokerage workspace while keeping individual views and assignments.

Does every visit identify a buyer?

No. Website activity and campaign context are different from a buyer’s identity. A contact enquiry provides the details that the visitor chooses to submit.

Are the screenshots real?

They are original Listing Pulse product screens showing a demonstration workspace. The displayed figures are example data, not evidence of client results.
