New photography or film, paid media spend, substantial redesigns, major repositioning, extensive private data rooms and full show campaigns are scoped separately. CRM integration requirements and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
Why is there a monthly fee?
A listing changes after launch. The monthly fee covers the managed website and normal listing work, as well as access to Listing Pulse during the agreed service period.
Is Listing Pulse included?
Yes. It is part of the active YachtAddress setup, not a second subscription added to these packages.
How do the portfolio rates compare?
At five yachts, the equivalent is €1,600 setup and €500 per month per yacht. At ten, it is €1,400 setup and €400 per month per yacht. These are portfolio totals divided by the package size.
Can we start with one listing?
Yes. Start with one yacht and discuss the next package when the active listing set grows.
What happens when a yacht sells or is withdrawn?
A sale or withdrawal does not end the contract early or reduce the agreed package fee. You can ask us to take the website offline. The contract continues until its agreed end date. Replacement yacht setup is quoted separately before work begins.
Do we have to book the free review?
No. The review is available if you want an outside view first. If your team already knows the scope, we can discuss the project directly.
