The purchase argument
Can a buyer say why this yacht is worth viewing after the first screen?

Free yacht listing review
Seven questions every yacht listing has to answer before a buyer asks for a viewing. Send one active listing and receive a free, personal written review of its sales presentation.
What you get
We examine the public listing and compare its asking price and specification with comparable yachts currently on the market. You receive a two to three page report, written for your yacht.
The review identifies the purchase argument your listing makes now, the argument it should make, gaps in the buyer journey and sales material, inconsistent information, and the route from interest to the broker. It ends with three ranked priorities.
Free, with no obligation. One active listing per brokerage. The optional 30 minute call is there if you want to discuss the findings.
The Listing Check / Your report
Written for a real yacht, from its current public material. No generic scorecard dressed up as an audit.
Seven questions
A buyer has little patience for a listing that makes the case in one place and contradicts itself in another.
Can a buyer say why this yacht is worth viewing after the first screen?
Does the listing speak to the person most likely to consider this yacht?
Can buyers find photographs, specifications, the general arrangement and documents without hunting?
Do price, location and availability agree across the listing, brochure and links?
Are refit work, class, engine hours and recent changes stated clearly rather than implied?
Does an enquiry reach a named broker with the yacht and source attached?
Can the brokerage show what happened this month, and label unknown sources honestly?
We check what can be established from the public listing. Where a claim, source or reporting figure cannot be verified, the report says so.
The process
Share your name, brokerage, yacht and the public listing URL.
We review the presentation, the enquiry path and comparable yachts currently listed.
We email a short written review with three ranked priorities. If useful, we can discuss it in a 30 minute call.
You keep the recommendations whether or not you commission a website from YachtAddress. If you ask us to implement them, we scope one yacht first: its purchase argument, website, available material, broker enquiry route, launch and ongoing work.
